Whether you’re trying something new or reliving your swashbuckling dreams, our fencing sessions at Ridgeway Adventures (just 30 mins from Oxford and Reading – OX11 9DP) are a brilliant way to test your agility and focus. This is the perfect place for fencing in Oxfordshire and Berkshire! Sessions are bookable via Booking Hound.
Sessions must be booked in advance via BookingHound. Bookings are by appointment only. Every fencing experience lasts 2 hours, for group sizes from 4 to 12. For group bookings of more than 10, please get in touch with us directly at events@affg.co.uk.
Please note that fencing sessions require 4 attendees to go ahead. Please check in before your booked session to avoid disappointment.
We are located at Carrimers Farm, OX11 9DP. Prices are listed below, and gift experiences are available. Our fencing venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
All fencing kit is supplied. Please wear sports shoes and long trousers. It is recommended you bring your own drink.
The minimum age for fencing is 8+ years. Our experienced coach is fully insured and DBS checked as well as wheelchair fencing qualified.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and get kitted up on time. Paperwork is available at reception on arrival. Please read our terms and conditions before coming.
For safety reasons, we do not allow under 8s in the activity centre, and we try to limit the number of non-participating spectators.
Prices
£25 for 2 hours fencing
Other activity costs:
1 ACTIVITY (1 Hour) £25 per person
2 ACTIVITIES (2 hours) £40 per person (20% discount when booking online)
3 ACTIVITIES (3 hours) £50 per person (33% discount discount when booking online)
+ £5pp for added knife throwing to an axe session
+£5pp for added crossbow to an archery sessions
To book multiple activities simply use the ‘Add more’ button before checking out, making sure to book adjacent sessions, not sessions occurring at the same time.
All of our activity sessions begin with a thorough safety briefing, which starts at the scheduled session time, this briefing is part of the overall session duration.
